CANNABIS HARDWARE WARRANTY POLICY

Glass products like rigs, bangers, and dishes, made of SiC, Sapphire, Quartz, or Obsidian are not covered under warranty and are sold in their current condition. You can claim warranty on these products only if they are delivered in a damaged state. To file a claim, you must do so within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic proof to support@cannabishardware.com.

Cannabis Hardware Controllers come with a 1-year warranty that covers any repairs and labor required for claims made within 1 year of the verified purchase date. Shipping costs are not included.

We offer a 30-day warranty on Cannabis Hardware Coils.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all Cannabis Hardware metalworks. 

Controller by Auber are covered under manufacturers warranty terms SEE HERE. Please contact us at support@cannabishardware.com to arrange a warranty claim for Auber products. Shipping cost is not included. 

When making a warranty claim, the customer must cover all shipping costs and provide a return label.
